AMEN Free Clinic


Every day, thousands of individuals in Maryland struggle to make ends meet; let alone afford to get their eyes checked or teeth fixed. The Washington Ghanaian Seventh-Day Adventist Church (WGSDAC) in collaboration with the Adventist Medical Evangelism Network (AMEN) intends to give these individuals the opportunity to get access to the care they need for free on September 29, 2019 from 8 am – 4 pm, at 6080 Foreland Garth, Columbia MD 21045. This clinic will provide free medical, dental and vision services to the uninsured and the under-insured in our community. The medical clinic will provide health screenings including but not limited to hepatitis B&C, glucose and cholesterol, prostate cancer screening, health education information and counselling. The dental services include free cleaning, filling and extraction, while the vision services provide free eye examination and prescription glasses. IMPORTANT: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
