Let's be real for a moment: Nothing can compare to a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. It's awesome. How do they do it? Starbucks puts magic in their lattes. Plain and simple. And then they stir it with the horn of a unicorn that's been dipped in sugar while we're busy checking our phones. That's how. But that's also why one grande pumpkin spice latte costs almost $5.
I've tried countless versions of homemade pumpkin spice lattes and they either tasted goopy from the pumpkin or chalky from the spices. This is the winner to me. And it's a no brainer to make. So let me introduce you to the easiest pumpkin spice latte ever that tastes, in my opinion, as good as Starbucks and it leaves a lot more money in your pocket!
Easiest Pumpkin Spice Latte Ever
1/4 cup pumpkin ice cream
3/4 cup hot coffee
Drop ice cream in a mug or microwave-safe to-go cup, and microwave for 45 seconds or until ice cream is melted.
Pour hot coffee over melted ice cream. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
Told you it was easy.
Try it with different ice cream flavors - vanilla, caramel, chocolate... the options are endless!
